Here we are, my very first attempts at pyrography!!!!

Just done on bits of wood I scrounged at a local wood yard just to practice on. I haven't done anything with them - ie colouring etc. just been burning away :o))

More Bandana

I spent a busy evening doing more Bandana bits. I really enjoyed doing something different. The colours on the photos aren't as bright as the real thing but I was really pleased with my first attempts.

Lightbulb moment

After making these things I didn't have a clue what I was going to do with them. They are all C6 size. Well I knew this stamp would be useful one day ha ha ha!!!

Bandana Technique

This is the first attempt at the Bandana Technique. It is easier to do than I thought although there is still room for improvement - hahaha. Thank you Ang C for pointing me in the right direction

Wax paper and embossing folders

First attempts using wax paper technique as seen in Craft Stamper February issue. Not bad for a first effort I think.

Time

Time is the theme for Claireabelle's tags this month on Crafting Corner. This is what I came up with

Colour Tags

This month the colour on Clutterbucket's swap is yellow and green. I have gone for daffs. The green doesn't show too well but the 2 larger stamped images are unmounted stamps from Elusive Images. I have wanted this stamp for a long time so it was a perfect excuse to buy

Bees ATC

My theme ATC this month is for Jayne on Crafting Corner. Her theme is Bees, here is my ATC for her

Christening Card

This is the first Christening card I have had to make! My son needed it for Easter Sunday, asked me Good Friday!!!

Pin Board

This month's variety swap on Crafting Corner by teddytoo is a pin board. After several attempts and plans A, B and C all going out of the window, this is what I came up with. It's a piece of mountboard covered with self adhesive cork. I have stamped swirls onto th cork and hi-lighted with glitter glue. The bottom half is a printed piece of acetate attached with eyelets to form a pocket. There is also some string over the top part which can be used with paperclips to attach. Then all is mounted onto another piece of mountboard which I have coloured and stamped to give a frame. Ribbon at the top to hang.

Purple CD

Altered CD Swap

Tracy's theme for this month's altered CD was Cute, as you will have guessed I love animals. Both are CI stamps

My Theme ATC

On Crafting Corner we chose what theme we would like ATC's. Gail has chosen Black and White. These are what I have done. There is only supposed to be one but I did the two and couldn't decide which one I liked best, so I sent them both!!!

ATC Swap with Chloe

These are my swaps with Chloe on Crafting Corner. I received a gorgeous Disney Princess ATC off her so I thought I would do Unicorns for her in return keeping with the magical theme.

Pink Tags

Clutterbuckets theme for 3 tags this month is Pink, so here are my efforts.

Keyring Swap

This month's variety swap on Crafting Corner was to make a keyring. Knowing who mine is going to I thought I would do something that I know she loves, Cats. Top image is stamped onto a metal oval with another CI stamp and a cat charm added onto the bottom.
The other side has been covered with UTEE and another metal charm embedded into it while it was still molten and a sprinkling of glitter embossing powder in red and green just to add some interest.

I hope she likes it :o))
